Return policy
According to the Romanian legislation in force: The consumer can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receipt without penalties and without invoking a reason. In case of returning the product, the returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).
CEZEVA ROASTERY S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept the return of products that:
were not returned within the limits provided by law;
are not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it);
the products are made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized (according to the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 of 04.06.2014 article 16 point c). That is, more precisely, personalized gifts or those that by their nature cannot be returned (those that contain personalized images or texts at the customer's choice) and whose mold was previously approved by the customer.
Eligible reasons for returning a product:
The product arrived at you defective or damaged. If the package brought by the courier is not in good condition and shows clear elements of severe damage to the integrity of the package and its contents (the package is opened, torn, punctured, the contents destroyed, etc.), mentions can be made regarding the possible problems at the time of delivery on the delivery document of the courier (called AWB) or a statement of findings is drawn up, photos are taken and the receipt and payment of the parcel is refused. Any claim after the delivery by the courier, regarding these aspects, are void. However, minor, normal damages that are due to the handling and handling of the packages and that do not affect their contents are not considered problems (for example: dust/dirty on the outside of the packages, slight bending of the corners, etc.).
The products were delivered or invoiced incorrectly.
The products have erroneous specifications on the website compared to reality.
In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a new product, provided written notification is given within 14 days of receiving the product. If the replacement is not possible, its value will be returned or another product can be purchased.
If you opt for the replacement with an identical product, the replacement will be done under the conditions and limits of a normal order.
The amount related to the returned product will be paid by CEZEVA ROASTERY S.R.L. within max. 14 calendar days from the request. The return is made only in accounts indicated by the Customer. There are no cash or refund returns.
If you later find that the product is defective, or you received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us by email or at the phone numbers provided on the website on the Contact page to solve the problem within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the product .
